Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell gate automation and fences — single and double swing gate kits, a sliding gate opener, a premium kit with video intercom, aluminium and composite fence panels, and the hinges, post caps and anchor bolts to go with them. What each kit includes, the gate size it suits and the installation it needs are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Installation, electrics and safety

Gate automation involves heavy moving parts and mains electricity. The 230 V connection and motor set-up must be carried out by a qualified electrician/installer, and the system must be fitted with the safety devices it requires — safety edges, photocells and force limiting — so a closing gate cannot trap or crush a person, child or pet. Set posts and automated gates on proper foundations; fence posts must be concreted or anchored to stand up to wind. CE marked. These are not products to fit without the competence for mains-powered moving machinery.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
